When you visit, technically necessary access data is processed, including IP address, time, requested page or file, request status, browser and operating system information and, where applicable, the previously visited page. This supports delivery, troubleshooting and prevention of misuse. IP addresses may be personal data.<\/p>

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is secure, functional operation. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR may also apply to contractual enquiries. The website uses HTTPS.<\/p>

The hosting provider is STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Stra\u00dfe 7, 10249 Berlin. Further information about data processing and processing on our behalf is available in STRATO's privacy policy<\/a> and the STRATO data processing agreement<\/a>.<\/p>

We use Complianz Free, running locally on our WordPress hosting, to manage consent. You can reject all optional services or choose separately under \u201cPreferences\u201d: \u201cExternal content\u201d for Google Calendar, the location map and MAXI, \u201cStatistics\u201d for Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, and \u201cTikTok videos\u201d. Essential functions remain active. Contact forms and ordinary page content work without optional consent.<\/p>

The listed optional services are not loaded without your permission. Even after permission, TikTok videos start only through their individual load buttons. Saved choices apply on later visits; Google Calendar then opens automatically in month view. Choices from our previous consent interface are not carried over.<\/p>

The legal basis for optional services is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where information is stored on or accessed from your device, Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can change your choices and withdraw consent for the future via \u201cPrivacy settings\u201d in the footer at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. After withdrawal, the page reloads where necessary to stop services already loaded.<\/p>

Cookies and local storage<\/h3>

Complianz stores your choices, banner status and policy identifier in essential first-party cookies, including cmplz_functional, cmplz_preferences, cmplz_statistics, cmplz_marketing, cmplz_consented_services, cmplz_policy_id and cmplz_banner-status. Choices are remembered for up to 180 days; you are then asked again. This storage manages consent under Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(c) or (f) GDPR. The previous local entry jd_privacy_choices_v1 is removed.<\/p>

When you reject or withdraw, we remove accessible Google Analytics and Clarity cookies on our domain. We cannot delete cookies set on other domains. Withdrawal does not automatically retrieve data already transmitted. You can also delete browser data yourself. 5. Contact and price enquiry forms<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

When you contact us, we process the details you enter, such as name, email address, telephone number, branch, preferred training and message. Required fields are marked; other information is voluntary. The purpose is to handle your enquiry and necessary follow-up questions. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to pre-contractual and contractual enquiries; Article 6(1)(f) GDPR applies to other enquiries, based on our legitimate interest in responding.<\/p>

The forms use Contact Form 7. Enquiries are stored in the WordPress database using Flamingo and are accessible to authorised staff. Depending on the form, technical submission data such as time, sender IP address, browser identifier and source page may be stored.<\/p>

Enquiries are also emailed to info@janssen-drive.de. They are sent through STRATO using an encrypted SMTP connection and the sending account anmeldung@janssen-drive.de. Messages are processed in the business email accounts. The operator still needs to confirm the deletion policy and provider agreements. Enquiries are deleted once fully dealt with unless retention obligations or other legal reasons apply. A regular deletion period must be established.<\/p>

Please do not send medical reports, assessments or other sensitive health data through general forms. For information needed in connection with accessible driving training or MPU support, we discuss an appropriate transmission method and the necessary legal basis separately.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

6. Online registration and MAXI<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Our online registration buttons take you to Fahrschul-Manager only when you actively use them. The additional MAXI assistant loads only after separate permission. The provider is TECVIA GmbH, Aschauer Stra\u00dfe 30, 81549 Munich. Loading may transmit data including your IP address, browser details and the page visited to TECVIA and technical service providers.<\/p>

According to our contractual documents, we use Fahrschul-Manager or Fahrschul-Manager Cloud to administer driving tuition. TECVIA acts on instructions and may access data processed in the system during remote maintenance. The documents name Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, 70 Sir John Rogerson\u2019s Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland, for cloud storage and processing.<\/p>

Data entered during registration is used to process registration and administer training and contracts (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where necessary, Article 6(1)(c) or (f)). Permission for the optional assistant is covered by section 4. Details of fields and contractual arrangements are shown during registration. Further information: TECVIA privacy policy<\/a>. 6a. Training billing through DATAPART<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

According to our contractual documents, the relevant training contracts are billed through DATAPART Factoring GmbH, Schwieberdinger Stra\u00dfe 60, 71636 Ludwigsburg. The driving school assigns the relevant claims to DATAPART. Contract, contact, service and payment data required for billing and enforcing claims is transmitted. A non-binding website enquiry alone does not automatically result in transmission to DATAPART.<\/p>

DATAPART processes the data as an independent controller, particularly for invoicing, payment processing and receivables management. Transmission and processing are governed by Article 6(1)(b), (c) or (f) GDPR, depending on the purpose, and the applicable legal requirements. DATAPART provides specific information and data subject rights in its transparency information under Articles 13 and 14 GDPR<\/a> . General information: DATAPART privacy policy<\/a>. A data protection officer named there is responsible for DATAPART and is not presented here as the driving school's data protection officer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

7. Google theory calendar<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The calendar page uses Google Calendar from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It is embedded in month view after you give permission. If consent is saved, it loads automatically on later visits. Without consent, you can open the calendar directly in Google using a normal link.<\/p>

Embedding shares technical access data with Google, including your IP address and browser information. If you are signed in to Google, Google may associate the visit with your account. Cookies or similar technologies may be used; processing by Google LLC in the USA and other affiliated companies is possible. 8. Location map: OpenStreetMap and jsDelivr<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The interactive location map loads after you give permission. It retrieves map data from OpenStreetMap and the Leaflet library through jsDelivr. Technically necessary data, including IP address, browser information and requested content, is transmitted to their servers. Our map does not request device location permission or GPS tracking.<\/p>

9. TikTok videos<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

TikTok videos load only after you consent to the \u201cTikTok videos\u201d category and then click the individual video button. TikTok may then process your IP address, device and browser data, the page visited and video usage information. If you are signed in, TikTok may associate data with your account. Cookies, other identifiers and international transfers are possible according to the provider.<\/p>

For users in the European Economic Area, the providers are TikTok Technology Limited, Ireland, and TikTok Information Technologies UK Limited, United Kingdom. Details: TikTok privacy policy<\/a>. Videos are optional; the rest of the website works without permission.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

10. WhatsApp, social networks and review links<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Our WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google review links are normal external links. Merely displaying them does not embed content from those services through these links. Only using a link opens the relevant service, whose privacy information then applies.<\/p>

If you send us a WhatsApp message, we process the message and your contact details to handle your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual enquiries and Article 6(1)(f) for others. WhatsApp is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited; information is available in the WhatsApp privacy policy<\/a>. You can also contact us by telephone or email without WhatsApp. Google's rules and privacy information apply to public Google reviews. Our QR codes are served as our own image files; Google is only contacted when the link they contain is opened.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

11. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Site Kit<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

We use Google Analytics 4 through Site Kit only after you consent to the \u201cStatistics\u201d category. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Its purpose is visitor statistics and improving our website. Data may include page views, usage events, technical browser and device information, approximate location and pseudonymous identifiers.<\/p>

The Google tag is not loaded on our website before consent. Our integration does not grant advertising storage, ad personalisation or permission for Google advertising features. Analytics cookies are configured for up to 180 days. This is separate from retention of data already transmitted to the Analytics account; the account retention setting and contractual documentation still require confirmation by the operator.<\/p>

According to Google, Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses of EU users; they may first be used to derive approximate location. Processing by Google LLC and other service providers outside the EU is possible. The data protection requirements and contractual records must be documented separately. Microsoft Clarity<\/h3>

Microsoft Clarity is also integrated through AIOSEO and linked to the same statistics consent. The provider is Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA. Clarity analyses website use, including clicks, scrolling, heatmaps and session recordings. It may process technical device and browser data, page content, interactions and pseudonymous identifiers. We mark form areas for masking in Clarity. Please do not enter health information or other confidential details in general forms.<\/p>

Clarity is not loaded without statistics consent either. Our integration sends denied advertising consent to Clarity. Processing in the USA is possible. Further information: Microsoft privacy statement<\/a> and Clarity cookies<\/a>. Legal bases and withdrawal are described in Section 4.<\/p>

Site Kit, search engines and fonts<\/h3>

Site Kit also displays Google Search Console and PageSpeed Insights data in our WordPress administration. This administrative connection is separate from the Analytics tags described here. Google Ads, AdSense and Tag Manager are not activated according to the current Site Kit settings. We use system fonts; automatic loading of Google Fonts through Elementor remains disabled.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

12. Recipients, third countries and retention<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Access is limited to people authorised to handle the matter and necessary technical service providers. Where processing on our behalf takes place, it must be covered contractually under Article 28 GDPR. Data is shared with authorities where legally required.<\/p>

Approved third-party services may process data outside the EU or EEA. The requirements of Articles 44 onwards GDPR must also be met, for example through an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards. General consent does not replace these requirements. The operator must document the applicable safeguards, recipients and contracts; no unverified provider certification is claimed here.<\/p>

Data is retained only as long as its purpose and legal obligations require. Contract, accounting and training records may be subject to separate retention duties. Backups must be protected against unauthorised access and managed under a defined backup and deletion policy.
