Employee training support
The Federal Employment Agency may subsidise further training costs and wages. Funding levels and eligibility are assessed individually.
Training allowance (Qualifizierungsgeld)
Where structural change creates a need for training, Qualifizierungsgeld may be an alternative. Discuss the specific conditions with the Employer Service.
BALM funding programmes
Training and further education funding programmes are available for road haulage businesses. The conditions and application deadlines of the relevant funding period apply.
Plan before the course starts.
With the Employer Service.
For regular employee training support, the Employment Agency specifies requirements including more than 120 hours of training and approval of the course and provider. Short mandatory courses do not automatically meet these requirements.
Funding depends on the individual case. Clarify the application and approval before training starts.
A suitable training plan
We discuss your team's needs and compile information about suitable training. The Employer Service decides on funding and approval.
